OLIVER F. MINTZ
Attorney at Law
Oliver has been a resident of Central Texas for over 2 decades. He is a retired Army Colonel and has been in private law practice since 2019.
​
He graduated from West Point in 1996 and has served in the 1st Cavalry Division as well as the Texas Army National Guard. A career infantry officer he has served overseas tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo, and Kuwait.
​
Oliver also holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler, a Masters of Strategic Studies from the US Army War College, and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law.
​
Perhaps more important than these career accomplishments are his family and their continued service to community and country.
​
Oliver is currently an elected member of the Killeen ISD Board of Trustees.
